Coconut Shrimp on the Camp Chef

2 lbs  Large Raw veined and shelled Shrimp
1 to 2  Tbs Peanut oil
1 medium  red onion, chopped
salt
10.5 ounces cherrub tomatoes
1/2  cup basil
2 Tbs Garlic Paste (Gourmet Garden) You can use fresh too
1 Tbs Ginger Paste (Gourmet Garden)  You can use fresh too 
2 Tbs Coconut oil 
4 7.1oz Udon Stir-Fry Noodles
13.6 OZ unsweetened coconut milk

 

directions

 

1. Sauté red onion and a pinch of salt for about 2 minutes on camp chef started on high turned to low

2. Add raw shrimp cook for about 2 minutes

3. Then coconut oil, add tomatoes, basil, garlic, ginger, noodles then add coconut milk.... mix throughly cook for about 2 more minutes and it's done

4. garnish with a little more basil
